Established in 2010, Jonathan Smith Architects have earned a reputation as a successful practice in East Yorkshire. Our main office is situated in Hull's old town within the newly renovated Danish Buildings on High Street and we also have a studio in Beverley.

Initial meeting
We meet with you to discuss the scope of the project. We put you at the centre of the design process ensuring your needs and requirements
are met.

Survey and Sketch Scheme
We carry out a full survey if required and prepare a set of conceptual drawings based on the brief developed from the initial meeting.

Developed Design
Once you are happy with the scheme we develop a full set of drawings ready for planning submission.
04
Construction Drawings
When planning permission has been granted we develop a set of detailed construction drawings for the builder. The working drawings and specification are tendered to building contractors for pricing.
